Our style is Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo a Korean self defense art. This study guide will reinforce information provided during class. Try to practice at home with stretching and techniques.  For any children please have your parents help you with the information inside. Good luck and thanks for being part of our family! You will be issued a yellow belt guidebook and audio CD to help you on your path to Yellow Belt. We simply ask that you come with an open mind, show respect to others and try to improve yourself.
